SYDNEY, Oct.5 (Reuters) – Australia’s central bank left its policy rate at a record 0.1% on Tuesday, a well-heralded move given that it currently expects to keep its policy very easy until 2024.
The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) made the announcement following its monthly policy meeting. A Reuters poll found that the 36 analysts polled expected a stable result this week.
