The Sakhir circuit in Bahrain is far from the fastest circuit of the F1 calendar, but the layout, with its combinations of straight lines and brisk braking, still offers some opportunities to let the power speak.
And when it comes to power, Ferrari seems to have found a way to free an entire herd of horses.
Lewis Hamilton was adamant that Scuderia's loaders had a "significant" advantage in terms of straight-line speed, while Red Bull's Helmut Marko was of that opinion, claiming that the Ferrari engine "worked perfectly".
The numbers of speed sensors give credence to the two men's opinions, with Sebastian Vettel's SF90 recording the highest speed at 327.7 km / h.
However, Ferrari's superior performance is not limited to top speed.
Haas drivers Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen, who have the same muscle mbad as their Maranello counterparts, were both slowest in qualifying, but both drivers have qualified well, including the Dane who will start from sixth place Sunday.
