Barcelona trusts its "bet" to buy Philippe Coutinho in Liverpool in January 2018, according to club president Josep Maria Bartomeu.
Coutinho has not yet really settled at Camp Nou since joining 12 months ago, said Ernesto Valverde, director to have "abandoned" the Brazilian.
According to rumors, Manchester United and Chelsea – who are preparing for the potential departure of Eden Hazard – would be interested in the services of Coutinho in January, the former club of the Brazilian international Liverpool is also linked.

Reports said this week that Paris Saint Germain have now entered the race for 26 years in a new twist Bartomeu again poured cold water on rumors that Coutinho was leaving.

"These are the two biggest investments in the history of the club in the signatures and we are 100% confident in this bet."
