Liverpool and Bayern Munich face off in the first leg of their Champions League match at Anfield tonight.
The last time the two clubs met at Anfield in competition, it was in 1981.
Although the legends of the respective clubs met in Liverpool last year at a charity match set up to raise funds for the founding of the CFL.

It was a 5-5 thriller and a legend donned both shirts that day.
After joining Liverpool in 2004, Xabi Alonso was adored by Reds fans, winning the 2005 Champions League and FA Cup in 2006 before joining Real Madrid in 2009.
The Spaniard is also adored by the Bavarians after spending the twilight of his career leading the Munich midfielder who has won six major honors, including three consecutive Bundesliga titles.
Bayern Munich's US Twitter account, known for its social media, now invites the US Twitter account from Liverpool to join a festival of love for the winner of the 2010 World Cup.
The thread on Twitter is a marvel for fans of the 37-year-old maestro, and shows how much the relationship between the two clubs is relaxed before tonight's important match.
Bayern Munich US wrote: "WIRE OF APPRECIATION XABI ALONSO! LFCUSA, do not you join us? "What LFC USA said:" WE ARE! We can not help but appreciate this hero. "
Then a lot of affection for Alonso ensued and the fans really enjoyed the camaraderie of the clubs.

The Bavarians shared a book of Alonso reading a book while doing follow ups. The Reds responded with a video of some of the midfielder's best goals wearing No. 14 jersey.

After a brilliant career of 18 years, Alonso is now a youth coach at Real Madrid.
