Eric Nyamekye4 President of the Church of Pentecost, Apostle Eric Nyamekye

Christian professionals have been accused of always defending the truth in their various fields of activity, whatever the circumstances.

This is because God intentionally placed them in their areas of work as representatives of Christ, so that through them those who do not know Christ (the truth) can seek and find Him.

Apostle Eric Nyamekye, President of the Pentecost Church, took up the challenge at the inauguration of the Pentecost Professionals Network which was held at the Convention Center of Pentecost. Pentecost (CCP), Gomoa Fetteh, Saturday, June 8, 2019.

Occupational groups include the Pentecostal Health Professionals Network (COPHNet), Pentecostal Built Environment Guild, Pentecost Media Guild, Finance Guild / Bank of Pentecost, Pentecost Guild, Pentecost Guild, Pentecost Guild and Pentecost Hospitality Guild.

Speaking on the subject "Truth", the President said that the truth was the soul of every nation and the way each nation should walk. "If you take away the truth, there will be confusion. there will be no justice, "he said.

"Young people are looking for authentic people who will be in truth, but they are rare. I want you to be on Jesus' side and present yourself as someone who stands by him, staying true to the truth at all times.

"Allow yourself to be a true branch of Jesus Christ. Wherever you are, know that you represent the truth.

"The truth has fallen on the streets but it should not fall in the church. If you are a member of the Church, stand up and show that you are for Christ. We can take this nation for Christ, "he said.

In reading Isaiah 59: 14-16, Apostle Nyamekye said that the truth was the most powerful and precious thing on earth, but it fell on the streets. He lamented that there are no more values since everything is now relative – it depends on you and your interpretation. "When you fly and you are caught, that's your problem. But when you fly and you are not caught, the world will describe it as intelligent, "he said.

He added, "The truth does not matter culturally. In reality, the truth does not matter on the political scene. It is no longer appreciated by the courts; it all depends on the argumentation. There is no longer any truth. People who are supposed to be in jail walk freely and we carry them to the shoulder. The truth is no longer appreciated in schools. The truth can not be found in the arena of the hospital. "

The President explained that Jesus Christ is the quintessence of the truth, having stated in Matthew 14: 6 that he was the way, the truth and the life, and also when he was pursued before Pilate, He affirmed in John 18: 37-38: He came to earth to testify the truth.

He emphasized that all who are on the side of truth listen to Jesus Christ and do not follow the crowd. "All of us who are followers of Jesus Christ, the reason you are born again can not be different from the reasons Christ came. He came to testify and testify about the truth. You can not have an agenda outside of this one, "he said.

When reading more in 1 Timothy 3: 14-15, the president said that the church is the pillar and the foundation of the truth. He said that when one is born again, he / she becomes a member of the church and that he / she should be the bearer of the truth.

According to the president, in badyzing Jesus' statement during his meeting with Pilate, it can be deduced that the fact that it is the truth is not very important because people know it. However, the challenge is to embody the truth.

He therefore asked Christian professionals not to compromise their professional ethic or Christian values and principles in their workplaces, because only the truth can bring economic freedom to Ghana, adding that the truth should bring freedom to freedom. church because it is the truth.

He revealed that God scattered the Levites (the priesthood family) among the people of 48 cities when the Israelites arrived in the Promised Land because they [Levites] have not received any land. They had to live among the people so that through them the truth would be revealed to the people.

"We all represent one sphere or another. We were equipped and released among the people to go and touch them. Anyone on the side of God should show himself as a person who defends the truth. A person can not own nations. We all need to take our spheres for Christ, and together we can change Mother Ghana. We can transform the nation by our truth, the light and the salt we have, "he said.
