As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to spread longer than expected, the determination to prioritize our immune system is invincible and Bollywood diva-nutritionist Bhagyashree was recently seen encouraging fans to add peas to their diet to improve their immune game. By releasing a dramatic video with the aim of turning peas into our favorite vegetable, Bhagyashree inspired us to add them to our diet already thanks to their benefits for digestive health, eye health and boosting immunity.

Recently taking his account on social networks, the actor shared the video featuring her in a lovely ethnic avatar. Pulling on a monochromatic plaid saree with a contrasting yellow center, Bhagyashree swept the Indian vibe by teaming it with a black mid-sleeve blouse.

Leaving her half-parted braids open in the back, she accessorized her look with an oxidized necklace and a little black bindi and opted for pink makeup. Seeming classy and traditional at the same time to serve her purpose, Bhagyashree sat down with a plate of peas and the video opens in front of her saying that she had peeled all the peas from their pods.

“Peas not only make your mother-in-law happy, they also keep your body healthy. Indeed, they contain protein, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin E, potassium, zinc and a lot of fiber, ”she explained. In addition to their health benefits, Bhagyashree revealed, “It’s good for your eye health, your digestive health, and it boosts your immunity.”

Commenting on the powers of these peas, Bhagyashree wrote additional information in the caption of the video which read, “The world is gradually accepting peas as a good source of protein for vegetarians. Remember the time your mom reminded you to eat all the peas on your plate. Peas are those nutritional gems that were often added to most Indian foods to enrich the appearance of any vegetable (sic).
