Prepare to be excellent to each other. Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter announced in a video released on Wednesday that a third film in this series, Bill & Ted's Face The Music, would begin filming this summer for a release in 2020.
"It's all because of you, so we thank you so much, and we wanted to thank you," Winter said in the video. The text under the YouTube video announces August 21, 2020 as the release date of the movie.
The great adventure of Bill & Ted, featuring Reeves and Winter as two time-traveling loafers and meet famous historical figures, was released in 1989. His sequel, Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey, followed in 1991.
