OTC transactions generally involve two parties who wish to trade a large number of a given badet at a pre-agreed price. Transactions are often executed behind the curtain, outside the order book of a stock exchange, to avoid a significant impact on the market price.
The OTC space already represents a $ 1 billion market. Circle backed by Goldman Sachs, said its off-exchange cryptography business had reached a trading volume of $ 24 billion last year.

IOTA
Europol, the German and British authorities announced to have arrested a Briton who had stolen more than 11 million dollars from IOTA.
The suspect is accused of having launched a website that claimed to create secret pbadwords, generated randomly for IOTA users. However, the pbadwords were actually stored on the server and used to steal funds.
"Many victims have created the seeds on this website in good faith, but the seeds have been stored in the background by the service provider. Later, the criminal used them to access victims' portfolios and transferred their money to other portfolios created with fake IDs.
Europol said the scam had started last January and that 85 victims had been reported so far.
