Bin workers in Birmingham will take further strike action, a union said.
Since Dec. 29, about 300 Unity members have been trying to rule on a payment made to GMB members who had not gone on strike in 2017.
On Friday, Unite announced that it would step up its action after not receiving a satisfactory response from Birmingham City Council.
He added that his members would organize walkouts two days a week from the end of the month.
Last month, the authorities approved a lawsuit seeking an injunction against the union if it refused a formal offer of conflict resolution through the advisory, conciliation and peacekeeping service. of arbitration (Acas).
The board and GMB had previously said the payment had been made to GMB members because the union had not been consulted during the discussions that ended the 2017 strike.
