The management of the Tang Palace Hotel said the Black Stars players were stuck in their premises.
Monday, information revealed that some players of the Black Stars had remained stranded on arrival from different bases in Europe.
According to an online portal, no arrangements had been made for the team to leave players frustrated after their arrival at the hotel.
The hotel authorities refuted this information.
"There is" absolutely no truth "in reports that the Black Stars were denied access to the facility," said Tang Palace Hotel's director, Lolita Fiadjoe.
"The hotel has been booked in advance for the team and the players sleep comfortably in their room."
The Black Stars team will be based at the four-star hotel before their qualifying match for the Nations Cup against Kenya.
