Ghana striker Emmanuel Okyere Boateng was in action for Levante when he lost 5-0 away to Sevilla in La Liga on Saturday.
The 22-year-old was welcomed into Levante's starting lineup after missing the 2-0 win against Real Valladolid last weekend due to an injury.
In the 25th minute, Boateng joined Gomez Campana to set up Moralez Nogales, but the midfielder did not find the target.
Sevilla was finally found in front of three minutes after the break, ahead of Ben Yedder, as a result of a defensive foul.
Boateng is almost equalized six minutes later after being badociated with Borja Mayoral, but his shot was blocked by the hosts defense.
Andre Silva doubled Sevilla's lead at the hour of play when he managed a Quincy Promes pbad before Franco Vasquez scored the score at 3-0 eleven minutes later.
Two goals from Pablo Sarabia and Promes over the last ten minutes have sentenced visitors to one of their heaviest defeats outside of recent times.
Boateng was replaced by Roger Marti in the 71st minute while his compatriot Raphael Dwamena was an unused substitute.
Levante dropped to 10th place with 36 points and will welcome Getafe next weekend.
