In a quote presented by Mr. Isaac Rockson, communications strategist of the Confederation of Governance Assessment Institute (COGAI) and the Office of Research on Governance, Trade and Administration (BORGCA) on behalf of the University Ternopil National Economic Development in Ukraine, Wednesday before the main event scheduled for July.

Mr. Isaac Rockson announced that after evaluating his achievements in Ghana and beyond, "The National Economic University of Ternopil" would award him a "Ph.D. in Philosophy" (honorary degree) under the auspices of " THE INSTITUTE FOR EVALUATING GOVERNANCE "- COGAI.
"TERNOPIL NATIONAL ECONOMIC UNIVERSITY".
After the presentation, Rockson told the congregation that the Governance, Trade and Administration Research Office (BORGA) had been monitoring the activities of the Bohye Prayer Camp over the past four years.
According to him, they sent to his camp the sick, the mental derailers and the people with health problems, to really know if the old Bismark Amoah was a real man of God.
But after following and evaluating his works, it was concluded that the man of God deserved to be honored.
During supervision by BORGCA, it was revealed that the man of God objected to the sale of anointing oils, apples and other objects in the churches, he was firmly opposed to pastors selling lottery numbers to church members and the needy.
The pastor does not take credit for himself when he is able to heal the sick or perform miracles. He always gives credit to God.

Upon receiving the quote, Brother Bismark Amoah was humbled and dedicated the prize to the Most High God.
He took the opportunity to call his fellow prophets to preach the true gospel of Christ and to refrain from fooling church members in the name of God.
He harbaded pastors who bathed women in the name of God, sold lottery numbers and did business for their selfish gains in the name of God.
