FUKUOKA, Japan (Reuters) – Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda said on Saturday that the central bank was still uncertain that the global economy would recover in the second half of this year.

"The opinion on the global economy will not change in the second half of this year. But uncertainties remain, particularly with respect to trade, "he told reporters before the Group of 20 financial leaders meeting in Fukuoka city in southern Japan.
