Bolding Construction of Fort Smith recently acquired PFI, a local flooring contractor.
For Bolding, the transaction means a greater emphasis on PFI's main installation and service function to streamline the entire process, a press release said.
"After successfully running our office for nearly 20 years, it was a logical way to grow," says Shanan Palmer of PFI.
Founded in 2000, PFI has focused on the installation and repair of flooring while serving thousands of people in the Fort Smith area.
Max Avery, CEO of Bolding Construction, said the transition would proceed smoothly and without disrupting the activities of either party.
"Our team has the capacity and logistics very well prepared," Avery said in his release. "The only noticeable change will be improved service availability and faster project efficiency planning." PFI customers were generally very satisfied before and things can only improve. is a way for both companies to deliver unparalleled experiences to our respective customers through our maximum area of expertise.
