Bose noise reduction QC 35 headphones: the time is wrong to buy

The Bose QC 35 headphones, and the legendary Bose QC series in general, are the ultimate headset for outstanding audio quality and optimal noise cancellation. But if you've thought about a pair, do not pull the trigger for now.

It's now the worst time to buy a pair of Bose 350 $ QC 35 or QC 35 II headphones, as the company has announced a brand new line of premium noise-canceling cans. (Do not worry about QC 35 fans, Bose does not completely replace them with the new 700 model).

Bose calls the new model the 700 Noise Canceling Headset, which will be released entirely on June 30 at the asking price of $ 400.

Why wait?

I have not tried the new Bose Noise Canceling 700 headset – which I will simply call the "Bose 700" from now on. But Bose claims to have the "new generation" of the company's noise reduction technology, which could mean that they are even better than the QC 35 series with respect to ambient noise.

Bose also claims that its 700 headphones feature a highly up-to-date voice-picking technology, which means that phone calls will be clearer to you and your caller when you're in a noisy environment.

Bose also said that the improved voice support technology in the 700 headphones will help your intelligent voice badistant better understand you when you're in a noisy place. I let you decide if it 's useful or not, since I do not use smart voice badistant with headphones, at least when I'm in public, where there would be a lot of noise.

Another thing to note: Bose finally uses a new design! The design of the Bose QC 35 is based on the old Bose Quiet Comfort II helmet of 2003, and they feel terribly plasticky for a $ 350 helmet. The design is recognizable and iconic, but it's nice to see something new from Bose using more high-end materials like stainless steel.

The Bose 700 headphones are available for pre-order right now, but they cost $ 50 more than the solid QC 35. My best advice is to wait to read some reviews, including my own review. once I get my hands on them, to see if that extra 50 bucks for the 700 headphones are worth it.
