Fury is the only boxer Wilder faced and was not defeated after a tie in Los Angeles in December.
Fury controlled much of the fight but had to be knocked down twice, including one in the 12th round that seemed to be the decisive blow.
"Luis Ortiz @kingkongboxing is first, then Tyson Fury @Tyson_Fury Next," Wilder said on Twitter.
Wilder, who knocked out Dominic Breazeale in May, added in a separate tweet: "All contracts have already been signed, it is officially signed."
Fury will face Tom Schwarz in Las Vegas on June 15th.
