Pbadengers aboard an Azman Air flight to Port Harcourt were panicked Friday after an unidentified man climbed into the plane while he was on board. was preparing to take off at the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Ikeja.
According to a viral video filmed by one of the pbadengers in Lagos, the man would have illegally accessed the airside with a carry-on luggage.

The video also shows that the man rides illegally in the wing of the plane and drops the bag in one of the engines.
The aircraft was in the parking area waiting for a take-off clearance at the time of the incident.
The action caused panic and frenzy as some pbadengers immediately asked the pilot and the cabin crew to open the aircraft doors so that they could disembark for security reasons.
Ms. Henrietta Yakubu, General Manager, Corporate Affairs, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), confirmed this news to reporters, claiming that the man had been arrested.

According to her, the stowaway was stopped by aviation security personnel and taken to Tango City, a FAAN security unit domiciled at Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Ikeja.
In addition, the spokesman of the Lagos Airport Police Command, the DSP Joseph Alabi, confirmed this news to reporters.
Alabi, however, said the case had not been transferred from Tango City to the command, adding that additional information would be released in due course.
A reliable source, however, told reporters that while he was arrested, he said he wanted to go to Ghana, but refused to reveal how he managed to gain access to the restricted side.
