Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers insists there is no "deadline" in which the club would not consider selling Harry Maguire this summer.

The England international has been the focus of Manchester United and Manchester City this summer. The Fox refused an offer from the central defender of either club.

Leicester values Maguire at around £ 80 million and would seek a replacement if they accepted an offer for the defender in the next two days.

However, with the closing of the window on August 8th, it is time for the Fox to return a replacement and speculation has suggested that the club will have a secret date to stop selling Maguire.

But, to give a boost to United and City, Rodgers insists that there is no limit.

"I did not really think about it," Rodgers said.

'We have two weeks left in the window for all players. I think it's just a case where everyone stays focused.

Ed Woodward stayed in the United Kingdom instead of attending the last leg of United's tour because he wanted to focus on the club's transfer activities.

The previous bid of the Red Devils is apparently far enough away from the £ 80 million requested by Leicester and Rodgers insists that there has been no change in recent days.

"He's brilliant since the first day of preseason," said Rodgers at Mercury.

"There is a lot of speculation about Harry but he's just getting started. As I have always said, we are all pretty relaxed.

"We are trying to prepare the entire team and the team, and Harry is one of them, he was great today, he works very hard.

"There is no discussion. I know you're looking for updates, but nothing has changed compared to the other night. "
