Brendan Rodgers insists that Harry Maguire is not about to leave Leicester for Manchester United.
English defender Maguire has become the main target of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's summer transfers to Old Trafford.
Leicester has rejected two offers for Maguire and holds about £ 90 million, though United is reluctant to exceed £ 70 million.
This left the 26-year-old in limbo with a week to go into the window of transfers, because he is in a hurry not to move.
And the Foxes boss, Rodgers, says the club has not yet received a valid offer for the defender.
"To date, the badessment of Harry has not yet been completed, which would not trigger any communication with the player and the other club. There is no change" said Rodgers at BBC Leicester Sport.
"For me, Top, John Rudkin [director of football] and Susan Whelan [chief executive] do a great job on that.
"The club has not changed position with respect to the player's badessment."
Maguire is looking forward to moving to Old Trafford and he suggested not to train this week.
The defender was confirmed as ill and Rodgers praised his attitude. Maguire is expected to line up for the last preseason game against Atalanta on Friday.
"I'm obviously relaxed with … That's it … The player was first clbad with his attitude in his training," added Rodgers.
Leicester was paired with Lewis Dunk of Brighton to replace Maguire, if United reached his badessment before the August 8th transfer deadline.
