#BringBackOurTaadiGirls lobbies police who preach pussy

The common emotional denominator in the response to the news of five girls abducted in Takoradi, in the western region, is shock.

Many people say that the shock is unusual among Ghanaian criminals, but that is meant by the police.

Five months after the start of family mapping, the police said they made very little progress in locating 15-year-old Priscilla Koranchie; Priscilla Blessing Bentum, 21; and Ruth Love Quayson, 18 years old.

Priscilla Blessing Bentum was reported missing on 17 August 2018 in Kansaworodo, municipality of Effia-Kwesimintsim.

Ruth Love Quayson was reported missing on December 4, 2018 in Butumagyebu Junction, better known as BU-Junction in the twin city of Sekondi / Takoradi, while Priscilla Koranchie was reported missing on December 21, 2018 in Nkroful.

Police have a suspect in whom the clothes of one of the girls were found. But they say they can not do anything because the suspect does not speak.

The staggering admission of helplessness on the part of the police has stoked social media with #BringBackOurTaadiGirls, a Joy News creation.

#JoySMS The police say that they can not torture the kidnapper, but throw him in jail, send him guys from the army 2 to take notice. Our police lack common wisdom, it beats innocent citizens 2 dead, why not this one,
Send a rough message 2 kidnappers#BringBackOurTaadiGirls

The police have been missing for a long time and we all know it. We pray for the protection of God while taking good care of ourselves.
The hopes are great. # pri4thegirls

If the missing girls were children of the CID, the PGI, the DOP, etc., would the case have been treated this way?#BringBackOurTaadiGirls #Takoradi#Ghanapolice

#BringBackOurTaadiGirls #freePriscilla @ Joy997FM@Serwaa_Amihere Priscilla Bentum, was one of our cheerful, jovial and loyal customers. She really likes the brand and has even supported it in her own way. We are missing to deliver orders. We ask our police to help them find them alive pic.twitter.com/73g5gDycsx

I have been living in Takoradi since last November and my sister had to come from campus in December to tell me that her friend Prisscy had been missing since June!
Very pathetic and lazy about the authorities about it
Treated with a very esteemed disrespect#BringBackOurTaadiGirls

Lazy police and the lack of aggression to bring back the kidnapped girls are very irritating. Why is the West Regional Police Commander still in place after the case was reported five months ago? Obviously, Ghana does not pay attention to girls.#BringBackOurTaadiGirls

The Ghanaian police should act quickly to save the innocent girls from these Nigerian kidnappers. It is unacceptable that it is deferred to put an end to the situation, we can not, as a country, allow these foreigners to trade in kidnappings in this country.#BringBackOurTaadiGirls pic.twitter.com/gWLFuCJb2s
