Samuel, the police have now discovered, is part of a kidnapping union that includes his brother. They operate mainly in Nigeria and recently in Ghana. Samuel and his brother to have both served prison terms in Nigeria for kidnapping.
The police are certain that Samuel has girls because investigations have shown that before their disappearance, he was in constant contact with them.
He promised jobs to the first and second victims and the third, a mobile phone.
The police have called for patience and urged the families of the missing girls to trust and give them time to do their jobs, which will eventually lead to the rescue of the girls.
