Jack's death occurred at the end of March. His mother said she was unexpected and sudden.

Jack's career in dance put him in the spotlight at the age of 18, at the opening ceremony of the opening ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Later that year, he reached the Got To Dance final with the Unity UK troupe and also starred on the X Factor stage twice.

He was seen online proud of his career – posing with Niall Horan and Cheryl after playing with them.
