Business mogul Harsh Goenka shares hilarious letter from employee’s wife; Internet users react

Working from home (WFH) has become a new normal amid the ongoing COVID pandemic, however, the concept has not been appreciated by everyone. While some believe it has completely disrupted the work environment, others might argue that it has many positive sides, but the majority of the population denies this claim. Many believe that the WFH is about more than working in your bed while relaxing. The concept was hated not only by employees but also by their spouses or other family members.

In the latest incident, a woman wrote a letter to business tycoon Harsh Goenka urging her that her husband be allowed to work in the office, otherwise it would break up their marriage. Goenka took this to Twitter to post the letter which went viral on the internet. “I don’t know how to answer him,” Goenka wrote as he shared the letter.

“Dear Sir, I am the wife of your employee Manoj. This is a humble call to allow him to work from the office now. He is double vaccinated and will maintain all covid protocols,” it read. in the letter, adding that if he worked from home for a while longer, their marriage will certainly not work.

She also listed several reasons that proved to be trying for her. The post has gone viral since it was shared on Thursday, September 9. She has garnered over 8,000 likes and over 800 retweets to date. Apart from that, he also racked up a number of different reactions from people.

Reacting to the post, one of the users wrote: “This is a true picture for many houses sir, please don’t laugh forever the men take the women in the house for granted having children who study online, it is difficult to keep husband. Men work 8-12 hours but women work 24 hours a day. Men think food is cooked, clothes washed and ironed, children fed, educated and washed , parents looked after, house cleaned, utensils washed, everything happens automatically. “He should create a mini-office in his house. A separate room or nook where he could maintain some line between his work and family life in his house itself. Do a boring job (most likely) and maintain discipline in the midst of various interesting distractions is difficult, ”said a third.
