The Porcupine Warriors last Wednesday earned their first CAF Confederation Cup victory by defeating Zesco United of Zambia 2-1 at Baba Yara Stadium.
According to C.K Akonnor, the team badyzed the Zambians and thinks his game plan will work perfectly at Nkana stadium.
"We have our game plan against Nkana FC and we hope it will work perfectly for us and afterwards," Akonnor told Happy FM.
"We saw their game against Al Hilal and Zesco, so we have a good idea of the team".
"I can not say if we can win, lose or draw, but we go in order to win or get at least one draw."
Akunnor also had trouble explaining why the defense had conceded 6 goals in 6 games (including the playoffs), but he is optimistic about the defense that will come well in no time.
"It's difficult and it's starting to become a concern, but I think it will improve."
"Our defense needs to be strong and improve for us to work on."
Kotoko is third in Group C of the CAF Confederations Cup with 3 points, as are Al Hilal and Zesco on top of them on the table and Nkana FC languishing in last place with 0 points.
