The Akufo-Addo Cabinet has approved a 55 million euro funding for the rehabilitation of a 100 km road network and road projects for some towns and communities of Kumasi, in the region of Kumasi. Ashanti.

After review and approval by Parliament, the project should be completed within 24 months from the date of commencement of the works.

Mr Nkrumah said the rehabilitation of roads in the cities and communities already mentioned was in line with the government's recognition of the quality of road infrastructure as a key factor for rapid socio-economic development.
