Goal presents the latest news from players from the two clubs' camps before Sunday's meeting in the continental inter-club competition.
While Richard Senanu is not a candidate for a spot in the Confederation Cup Caf Sunday clash with Nkana FC of Zambia, the availability of central defensive duo Abdul Ganiyu and Emmanuel Agyemang Badu is good news for Asante Kotoko.
The two defenders were injured to varying degrees in Kotoko's 2-1 victory over Zesco United last week.
However, they resumed training Monday after medical examinations revealed no significant health problems and were part of the 18-man team that had left Ghana for Zambia via Ethiopia on Wednesday.

Senanu, meanwhile, could not recover in time for the meeting with Kalampa after also being injured in the victory over Zesco.
"He [Senanu] got a knee blow and ended up twisting it, "confirmed Jerry Pratt Newton, head of Kotoko's medical team.
"Our checks revealed that he had suffered a tear in the ligament in front and on the outside of the knee.
"He can not travel [to Zambia]. We gave him a week off to watch him.
"We hope that he will be strong enough to figure in the second leg just when the rest of the team will come back from Zambia."

Experienced midfielder Jordan Opoku, who had been forgotten for Kotoko's last four games, was part of the roving group for Zambia, as was Martin Antwi, who missed out on Zesco's triumph.
Meanwhile, Ghana's Nkana defender Richard Ocran signed a two-year contract extension ahead of Kitwe's Sunday meeting.
The four teams in Group C have three points in their name before the round of the third day.
