The 18-year-old midfielder is a target for the German giant Bayern Munich, who has made several offers to acquire his services.
Bayern's attempts to attract the British international under-19 to the Bundesliga have not yet borne fruit, despite a bid of £ 35 million.
Chelsea has rejected all approaches for Hudson-Odoi – who has not yet started a league game – and remains firm in his desire to keep him at Stamford Bridge.
Hudson-Odoi has, however, filed a transfer request to move away from West London.
And less than a day after he was alleged to have done everything possible to get away from Chelsea, the young man seemed to address Blues fans on Instagram.
"The plan of God is always the best," reads his article on Instagram. "Sometimes the process is painful and difficult.
"But do not forget that when God is silent, He does something for you."
Bayern has publicly announced its intention to sign Hudson-Odoi earlier this month, much to the chagrin of Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri.
"He can also grow here," he continued. "You can see it from both sides.
"Of course, it can also develop in Germany and do not forget that Bayern Munich is also a big club.
"It's something he needs to decide his future. I wish him the best of success, but for me I just wish he stays with us.
"We do not need to talk about him too much – he's good, everyone knows, everyone can see him.
"But he's still 18 and at that time age you can not look too far ahead. People have to give him time.
"For me, he is a star to come, but he still has to work hard.
"Of course, as a young person player it's very important to play. Where is it? I hope it will be here. "
Chelsea return to action tonight, hosting the Sheffield Championship team Wednesday at Stamford Bridge for the fourth round of the FA Cup.
