Brentford booked his place in the fifth round of the FA Cup last night (Monday) by beating Barnet 3-1, of the National League, at Griffin Park.
The goals of Sergi Canos, Julian Jeanvier and Neal Maupay helped the Bees to win the match, while Thomas Frank's team set a final game at 16 against Swansea City later this month.
And here are the talking points of the resumption of the fourth round.
The ticketing issue
Anthony Kleanthous, chairman of Barnet's board of directors, said it would have been necessary for the North London club to receive the maximum allocation of 15% of outside aspirants.
The Bees have received 1,660 tickets for the draw at Griffin Park, which corresponds to the outward allocation allocated to stadium supporters since 2014, but Kleanthous felt that his team had not received the maximum granted to him under the guidelines of the England Cup.
This represents 15% of Griffin Park's capacity, which would have increased to 1,914, although this is a maximum number and not a minimum.
There was certainly a lot of empty space in the new road stand, but it was health and safety reasons that allowed Brentford, with the support of the local authorities, to benefit from a derogation from the part of the FA and set the withdrawal allowance at 13%.
Sergi Canos had a point to prove
The winger was looking forward to making a difference after an early opportunity. It only took six minutes to open the score for the Bees, converting a corner of Said Benrahma closely.
Canos has been left out of the starting lineup for the last three league games and commented on his frustration at being left in the limelight in recent weeks.
He showed he had the talent to match Benrahma and Ollie Watkins, but he just can not win decisively in the lineup of the regular starting team because of the good shape of these last.
Benrahma has become virtually unstoppable thanks to his recent performances and Watkins has scored three goals in his last two appearances.
But having Canos on the bench, as well as Chiedozie Ogbene who seemed threatened after his arrival Tuesday, gives the Bees a useful depth in the forward zones.
The performance of Mads Bech Sorensen
The center back made its first appearance since the victory of the Carabao Cup against Southend in August. He could be called more regularly after Chris Mepham's departure in January.
He seemed relatively comfortable on the left side of the third back group, comfortably playing in the first half when Barnet exerted a slight squeeze, before facing solid challenges in the second half.
Asked about the young Brentford players who impressed him the most on Tuesday night, Thomas Frank said, "I think Mads impressed me the most.
"I'm so happy with his performance. I think he was more interested in the game. Had some good diagonals, was solid in the duels. So he has made a good performance and I am happy about that. "
The fray
Medy Elito's powerful tackle angered Sergi Canos as the second half started in a dramatic way.
Elito dropped dramatically after Canos got closer to him and after a few more exchanges, a full-fledged scrum involving 19 players.
In the end, no red cards were issued, but only Canos, Elito and Dan Sweeney were warned.
Invitation at the end
Frank's offensive philosophy is that the Bees will stop at nothing, the Dane declaring that he still wants to score the next goal, but Barnet had some success in the late counter-attack.
The backs remained high, Darren Currie's players had plenty of time to exploit and they scored a goal in the 74th minute thanks to David Tutonda.
A number of unnecessary pbades from the hosts also did not help and created some frustration among the fans, while Brentford struggled to keep up with the game.
