Love Island Island host Caroline Flack nearly missed filming the 2019 series after learning she had a "scruffy pelvis".

The 39-year-old television presenter rushed to an osteopath Tuesday morning after waking up with back pain and then being diagnosed.

She then went to a physio who, according to her, offered her a "really nice" buttock mbadage, which happily healed her pain and allowed her to go to work as planned.

Sharing her experience with her fans on Instagram, Caroline recalled, "I woke up this morning with an incredibly bad back, I went to an osteopath early and they said that my pelvis was congested, which was a real revelation for a Tuesday!

"Then I went to a physio who mbadaged my cheek for an hour, which was very nice …

"And then I had a really lovely mbadeuse at my house and I mbadaged my back."

Caroline signed: "Thank you to everyone who has helped me today, I thought I would not be able to go to work, but with firm action and a little moron. love, I can, hooray. "

The drama of health comes just a day after the start of Caroline's filming, confirming that the first group of 2019 candidates had already been chosen.

Caroline Flack said that a butt mbadage had healed her

The presenter made this announcement on Instagram while she was filming herself before going to the gym.

"What's really exciting about this week is that we're starting to shoot for Love Island 2019," she said.

"And by the end of the week, I'll have potentially seen the cast for this year, which is really exciting – and crazy is that it happened so fast".

"Then I'll let you know what's going on, it'll be a crazy hot summer and all the rest," she says echoing her famous slogan.

Caroline is already turning to the new Love Island series

The very popular ITV2 dating event usually starts in June with only one hope descending into the Mallorcan luxury villa in the hope of finding love.

There is no doubt that producers hope to have more luck this year, as none of the couples in the past year have stayed together.
