According to the report, the three individuals were charged with "Conspiracy to commit a crime with intent to kidnap, and conspiracy to commit a crime with a threat of harm".
This would have been revealed by the public relations officer of the CID police, DSP Juliana Obeng.
"They were all charged with conspiracy to commit a crime with intent to kidnap and conspiracy to commit a crime with threat of injury."Said DSP Obeng.
As a result of the prosecution, the three persons were therefore asked to stop reporting to the CID, as had been the case for the original agreement.
