Tonight Celebrity Big Brother Season 2 kicks off on CBS and 12-time Olympic medalist Ryan Lochte will be one of the twelve competing guests. According to a report from TMZ, each celebrity receives $ 100,000 just to enter the house, and the show winner will receive an additional $ 250,000.
Lochte's agent said the 39-time world champion (18 LC, 21 SC) would continue to train during the show.
The 34-year-old has had two and a half years of activity since the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. He was recently suspended for 14 months in July for using an IV and announced that his wife Kayla Reid and their wife were expecting their second child in November.

- Lochte is listed for the first time in the segment "Responding to customer expectations". He explains that he trains for the 2020 Olympics and talks about his reputation. "It's not good, I suppose. I was the party guy. He explains that he is now a father, that he is married, that he has one child and that he has another child on the way. He also congratulated himself for having participated in four editions of the Olympic Games and said he would do well because he was "high for competition".
- Among the first group of house guests entering the house, Lochte had his first interactions with the comedian Tom Green and actor Kato Kaelin.
- He knows his fellow Olympian Lolo Jones, and Jones already presumes that it will put a target on their backs because people will think they are close friends.
- The first session of Lochte consists of a list of his Olympic achievements after Jones declared that he participated only in three Olympic Games participations and that he won a medal, although he was in reality four appearances and twelve medals. Jones is one of the few athletes to compete in the Winter and Summer Games, but does not have an Olympic medal.
