Cesc Fabregas congratulated Eden Hazard on her contribution to Chelsea FC after contributing to the glory of the Europa League against Arsenal in their last match at the club.

Hazard was in top form and scored twice in the second half to help the Blues win the trophy for the second time.

The 28-year-old should leave Chelsea FC and sign for Real Madrid this summer after seven years at the West London club.

Fabregas was Hazard's teammate at Chelsea FC and the former Arsenal captain thought the Wednesday night game was a good start for the playmaker.

"It's very emotional," said Fabregas BT Sport after the game

"Even I am moved because what performance. Two goals, and it's probably a goodbye after seven wonderful years of trophies and fantastic service to this football club.

"Not only that, I think that all fans of the Premier League will miss him a lot, and we want to wish him the best."

Hazard has scored 21 goals in all competitions this season to allow the Blues to finish in third place and win the Europa League.

After the match, Hazard said his future would become clear in the "coming days", revealing that he had already made his decision on his next move.

The Belgian has won two Premier League titles, the FA Cup, the League Cup and two Europa League trophies since arriving at Chelsea FC Lille in the summer of 2012.
