According to him, the government has fulfilled almost all the promises contained in the party manifesto "to help the Ghanaian improve his livelihood and become self-sufficient".
He said this at a meeting with communicators and serial correspondents in the Ketu North municipality, in the Volta region.
Mr. Woanyah, who praised the achievements of the NPP government, said, "President Akufo-Addo holds the many promises he made to Ghanaians during the 2016 election campaign. Do not rely on people that the government has not delivered, we are delivering and will continue to work for the good of the Ghanaian citizen ".
He added that a major achievement of the current government is the abandonment of the program of the International Control Fund initiated by the former Mahama government in 2015.
"We were disciplined in managing the country's finances and met all the conditions, which led us to withdraw from the deal. This development will give the government the opportunity to create more jobs and employ more people, "said Mr. Woanyah.
