Channing Tatum gives priority to his relationship with his daughter Everly Tatum in his divorce Jenna Dewan.

Court documents obtained by E! The news reveals that since their split last year, Tatum and Dewan have not followed a "consistent or formal" timetable and Channing hopes that an official custody arrangement will help Everly "prosper even more".

According to the documents, Channing hopes to have an "equal, mutual and self-executing" custody arrangement.

In addition, Tatum asks to keep the five-year-old on Mondays and Tuesdays, while Jenna will be responsible for her care on Wednesday and Thursday. Parents alternate visits on weekends.

As for vacations, Channing and Jenna will take care of "equal separation".
