Emmerdale star Charley Webb announced that she was pregnant with baby number three.

The 31-year-old actress, who plays Debbie Dingle in the ITV soap opera, is expecting her third child with her husband Matthew Wolfenden.

She shared the special news on Sunday, posting a nice family photo of the couple with their two older children and titling it: "# Number3".

In this document, their two sons hold a light box that announces "Buster, Bowie And", leaving a space for the name of their upcoming brother.

Charley looked brilliant in the intimate shots, hiding his growing lump in a long winter coat and badociating her with a pompomed blue cap.

The happy family is waiting for a new arrival later this year

She and Matthew have been together since 2007, met on the set of Emmerdale and then had their two sons together.

The news of their pregnancy comes almost a year after the date of their surprise wedding, when they reunited family and friends in a castle to celebrate Charley's 30th birthday.

But what their guests did not know was that the happy couple had planned to get married on it.

Charley walked with her bridesmaids – Lucy Pargeter, Roxy Shahidi, Zoe Henry, Charlotte Bellamy, Sammy Winward, Emma Atkins, Kate Oates and her sister Cbadie – and her father on the screen, Jeff Hordley, in went to meet her husband in front of their 100 shocked guests

"I could not not have Jeff as part of my day because he was my best male friend, so I wanted to make my husband-wife," she said later, OK! magazine.

Charley's brother – I'm a celebrity star, Jamie Lomas – gave it.

"This moment when we announced what we were doing and seeing everyone's reaction is the best moment of my life," she said of her big day.

"That's how we managed to do it the way we wanted it – it was not traditional, we did not have a sit-down meal and there was not much talk.

"Someone once said that their friend had had a surprise wedding and that kept me in mind."

Matthew added, "We could not get a better answer, people just screamed for about 10 minutes!"

"It's funny to think that our guests thought they were coming to Charley's 30th party – then we told them it was our wedding!"

"It was not the most traditional wedding, but we wanted it to be different."

Congratulations, Charley and Matthew!
