We last met Charlotte Caldwell in June last year – after she pleaded with the government for a special prescription license for her son Billy, who suffers from life-threatening epilepsy. She was integral in Home Secretary Said Javid's decision in changing the law on the drug in October. But despite this so-called breakthrough, Billy's mum has revealed that it is unable to provide a full measure of privacy. According to Charlotte, Billy's oil reduces and improves the quality of life. She will not stop fighting until she gets her what he needs, and she joins Dr. Ranj.
