EDEN HAZARD admits it can be painful for Chelsea bosses.
The casual star revealed that he had liquidated most of his four full-blues chefs – and he intends to do it for the next one.
Chelsea will play a Carabao Cup semifinal against Spurs on Thursday, following fierce criticism from coach Maurizio Sarri over Arsenal's 2-0 defeat last Saturday.
Hazard, 28, said: "I've frustrated all my managers and now, I'm still as frustrated as Sarri, I've frustrated Mourinho, they think I need to earn more, do more of this or And the next coach, I'm going to frustrate him too. "
Yet Hazard says he shares Sarri's football philosophy, although he was misplaced as a center forward. 31-year-old striker Gonzalo Higuain is due to travel to London today to sign a loan agreement.
The Belgian ace also hinted that he would stay in Chelsea. "After the World Cup I was going to leave, now I have one of my best seasons, so I do not need anything different."
The Chelsea artist plays for one of the world's most thirsty football trophies, while insisting that his career should not be defined by silverware.
He does not want to win the Ballon d'Or either.
David Brent, star actor of the comedy The Office, believes that pumping iron has no place in the beautiful game.
Instead, the most naturally gifted player in Chelsea's books relies on the instinctive art and talent of God.
No wonder managers become crazy when their job is in play and Hazard is outstanding. He said: "We badociate football too much with the word victory.
"With young players, it's the same, they have to win, win, win. Little by little, players forget to take advantage of it. I've always put pleasure before winning.
"What bothers me is that the players are ranked in the top three or four because of the trophies they won and their stats.
"It's not what I'm looking for, I just want to have fun in the field. So the first five, ten, 20, that's not my problem.
"If a guy only thinks about statistics, I will not be in his list of top players. But if he thinks of enjoying the game, I'll be in the top three. What I have already accomplished is very good. When I look at my career, I think it's great.
"The only thing I miss is statistics.
"If I get 30 goals and 20 badists this season, people will say," Yes, it's great, "even if I play dirty games, but that's not what I want.
Hazard reached the World Cup semifinals with his country this summer but saw more Russia than the weight room at Chelsea's training ground.
He said, "I know what it looks like. It's big, that's it. I do not need to go there.
"Sometimes I would do some stretching but that's it.
"When I was younger, when I was in Lille, I did a lot, but I thought to myself," You know what, it's useless. "
"Just because you can lift something three times does not mean you're going to score a goal. This must stop. I do not like doing that and I do not need it either. It's not me. "
Despite his nonchalant attitude, Hazard has been fearless at the heart of two Premier League titles and a win in the England Cup with Chelsea in just over six years, after leaving the French club Lille for 32 million £.
In 48 hours, he will help his team eliminate the deficit 1-0 against Tottenham during the return match in the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup.
He added, "At some point, everyone loses. Against Tottenham, we had the right to be disappointed, but honestly, I had a good time.
"I was not happy because we lost, but deep inside I'm happy to know how I played and how we played.
"That 's also what the coach said and I like that.
"I would rather play like the game we had against Tottenham where I liked it.
"I may be a little different from the best players in the world. Because the best think about scoring, pbading, trophies, and I've never been like that. So, maybe, yes.
"When we see everything that happened in Belgium after the World Cup, it's as if we had won it, that was the emotion we gave to everyone.
"With the trophy it would have been better, but seeing all the smiles on people's faces when we got back to Brussels was amazing, that's why I play."
