Callum Hudson-Odoi has been ordered to respect Chelsea
Maurizio Sarri called Callum Hudson-Odoi to show respect to Chelsea after confirming that the striker wishing to leave Stamford Bridge was stuck in the transfer window that had just ended.
Hudson-Odoi, 18, made a transfer request last week to force his transfer to Bayern Munich.
He said, "Callum is 18 years old. He must respect the club, the academy, everything.
"If you are one of the best young players in Europe, maybe the academy has helped you.
"So you have to respect that. He is improving on the field and he represents the future of our club and that of English football.
"He is an excellent player. He will become one of the best European players in another team, but he must respect the work of the coaches of the academy. "
He continued, "Here is his house. We will be patient with him because he is a boy from the academy.
"I do not know if in another club, people would be patient with him after five or six matches.
"It is very difficult to go to another country and adapt or play very well immediately. It is better for him to try to improve here. "
The striker has been at the club since he was 8 years old.
