Maurizio Sarri announced the change after his equal victory over Malmo in last week's UEFA Europa League Round of 16. Chelsea welcomes Manchester United to Stamford Bridge.
Antonio Rudiger, Marcos Alonso, Golo Kante, Gonzalo Higuain and Eden Hazard remember their trip to Sweden. Andreas Christensen, Emerson, Ross Barkley, Willian and Olivier Giroud all dropped out.
This is also a change from this 6-0 win over rivals Manchester, Manchester City, with Barkley as the only man missing at this game.
In goals, Kepa Arrizabalaga made his FA Cup debut. He replaced Willy Caballero, the goalkeeper of the Cup, in the mouths of the goals, while Sarri followed with his usual back of four.
Despite criticism, Jorginho retains his place in the deep role, with Kante and Kovacic playing more advanced roles in front of him as they seek to fight players like Paul Pogba in the United team.
At the top, Pedro retains his place in Willian's place, while Higuain returns in the lead and is supported by Hazard on the left.
Callum Hudson-Odoi has a spot on the bench although he is a regular at the Blues in this competition, Sarri again preferring Pedro in front of the young player.
Chelsea: Arrizabalaga, Azpilicueta, David Luiz, Rudiger, Alonso, Kovacic, Kante, Jorginho, Pedro, Risk, Higuain
Subs: Caballero, Christensen, Zappacosta, Barkley, Hudson-Odoi, Willian, Giroud
