Chelsea "has doubts" on a permanent agreement to sign Mateo Kovacic Real Madrid.
Kovacic spent last season on loan at Stamford Bridge and could therefore stay at Stamford Bridge beyond this summer, regardless of the outcome of the transfer ban imposed by FIFA.
