The Argentine striker blew cold and cold throughout his career, but the reunion with the boss of the Blues once again prompt the player to reach its peak.
Gonzalo Higuain admitted that Maurizio Sarri is the coach who makes the most of his skills because Argentina and Italy are meeting in Chelsea.
Higuain regained consciousness against Huddersfield after a quiet start to life at Stamford Bridge, scoring two goals as the Blues beat their opponents 5-0 in the Premier League this weekend.
Pipita, as he is fondly nicknamed, was struggling to achieve his goals before arriving in England, finding hard-to-find opportunities in a AC Milan team that many believe lacks creativity.

It was in Serie A that Argentina had its best season of goals, however, after scoring 36 times in 2015-16 under Sarri's command in Napoli.
As such, the 31-year-old is naturally delighted to be reunited with his former boss.
"Sarri is the coach who has made the most of me as a player," he said after Saturday's win. "It's someone who has worked with me, especially emotionally.
"The 2015-16 season was a wonderful season in which I broke the scoring record, which is very important there. [in Italy].
"It was a fantastic year for me and Maurizio, a time we shared together, even
"I'm just happy to be working with him again in a big club that has so much history and wonderful teammates. I want to come back to this level.
"Everything is on track to reach our goals by the end of the season."
Higuain has also been questioned about the differences between the leagues, having never played in England before, and he thinks he has a good base of work to try to regain his pinnacle.
"The defenders here are attacking you harder," he says. "Especially when you receive the ball at the foot. It's a big difference, but I have a good impression of English football. This will only improve for me.
"When I was growing up, I watched all the different leagues, but lately, we see a lot more things about the Premier League, so I knew it before coming here.

"I think it's a very fascinating league," he added. "The way they play here in England – with a lot of dynamism – is really great.
"The stadiums are full and the atmosphere is great. You do not have to worry about a lot of things and it's important for the players as it allows you to live like an ordinary person. "
Higuain will take over the torch with Chelsea on Sunday, February 10 with a visit from the English champion in Manchester City.
