Sarri is expected to leave Stamford Bridge next week after the club has given him permission to break his contract, which runs until 2020.
Juventus considers Sarri as the appropriate successor to Mbadimiliano Allegri and seduced the Italian tactician.
The old lady has not yet been able to reach an agreement with Chelsea, the West London club seeking compensation of around £ 5 million.
There may, however, be an unlikely solution around the issue.
Juventus is ready to let the 9 million pounds that Chelsea owes them for Gonzalo Higuain's six-month loan, if that means they do not pay for Sarri's signature, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Blues have yet to pay Higuain's fee, which has been disappointing in his stint, scoring five goals in 18 games.
The Argentine striker arrived at Chelsea at the request of Sarri, after the success of their partnership in Naples three years earlier.
But the club does not intend to activate its £ 32 million call option clause, preferring to trust Olivier Giroud and loyal Tammy Abraham and Michy Batshuayi.
Sarri was frank about his desire to leave Chelsea and come home, highlighting Italy's appeal in a recent interview with Vanity Fair.
"For us Italians, the call of the country is strong, I think it's missing something," he said at the end of a season in which he had has a lot of doubts despite winning the Europa League and third place in the Premier League.
"The year was heavy. I start to feel the weight of distant friends, of elderly parents whom I rarely see.
"But at my age, I only make professional choices. I will not be able to train before 20 years old.
"It's a tough job, the bench. When I go home to Tuscany, I feel stranger. I have slept [there] thirty nights in the last few years ".
