Chelsea football club appealed FIFA after deciding to maintain the ban on transfer of the club, Martyn Ziegler time.
A hearing will be held on April 11th. The club hopes to cancel the ban.
FIFA was banned from transfer for the next two windows of transfer by FIFA after the board of directors found that the club in London had broken the rules for recruiting 29 different players aged under 18 years old.
In the current state of things, the Blues are currently allowed to sell players but not to sign anyone for the next two windows.
Chelsea "categorically" refuted the prosecution and, as such, they appealed the decision and they will now have the opportunity to argue their case at a hearing to be held in April.
The Blues are hoping that FIFA will lift the ban on transfer, giving Maurizio Sarri the opportunity to complete his squad this summer.
