Ciano had a great performance with his second goal of the day in the 75th minute to give life to the fight for the relegation of Frosinone.
Godfred Donsah, a former U-20 player from Ghana, was an unused substitute from Bologna, while Ghana's Emmanuel Duodu Besea could not qualify for the match.
Frosinone moved up to 19th with 13 points, four points under safety.
