Chris Evans, actor of "Avengers", criticized Twitter on Twitter on Twitter the host of "Fox Nation", Tomi Lahren, for his comments on refugee parents.
Evans said that "Lahrens' total lack of sympathy, respect and general awareness" was "astonishing".
"I would take my child by the fire if it meant escaping hell," added the actor.
Evans' response comes after Lahren issued a controversial tweet calling refugee parents "s — ty" on Tuesday.
"If you're tracking your child over a distance of 3,000 miles in dangerous conditions, you're not just a criminal, you're a parent," Lahren said on Twitter.
Lahren's tweet comes at a time when the focus is on the US-Mexico border, many decrying the treatment of immigrants. President Donald Trump has become notorious for his position on immigration and has intensified his efforts to restrict immigration in recent weeks and months. Many families have been separated in recent months and much attention is being paid to the treatment of children in detention centers.

Fans of the actor "Avengers" quickly expressed their support for Evans on social networks, calling him "future super father" and praising his decency.
The representatives of Lahren did not immediately respond to the request for comment formulated by INSIDER.
