An Apostle of the Pentecost Church instructed Christians to face life with the greatest badurance that all power belongs to Jesus Christ, their Lord.

In his last Easter message Sunday, Apostle Mike Etrue pointed out to the congregation the important implications of the lordship of Jesus Christ as they were reported in Ephesians 1: 18-12.

The head of the Kaneshie region explained that the risen Christ was seated at the right hand of the Father and is " far above any rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the coming one. "

He chose Philippians as complementary scripture 2: 9-11

"That's why God exalted him to the highest rank and gave him the name that is above each name, that in the name of Jesus, every knee bends, in heaven and on earth and under the earth and every language recognizes that Jesus Christ is the Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

He emphasized that his current position of absolute authority is of great benefit to the church, both personal and collective.

"Thus, this Jesus Christ who called us to be himself is the head of all things. Can you imagine that? He urged the congregation to think about his relationship with a priceless ally.

The apostle said that the early church was not uncertain of their relationship with Jesus Christ as their Lord.

"They knew who they belonged to … they did not live in fear because the one in them was above all else," he said, giving the example of the meeting between Peter and John with a beggar crippled at the door of the temple, as reported in Acts 3: 3-6.

When the crippled beggar saw Peter and John about to come in, he asked them for money.

"Peter and John looked at him closely and Peter said, "Look at us!5 The lame looked at them impatiently, waiting for money. 6 But Peter said, "I have no money or gold for you. But I will give you what I have. In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, stand up and market!"

The healing of the beggar has demonstrated the truth about the resurrection of Jesus Christ and his lordship despite the circumstances, explained the Apostle Apostle.

Apostle Mike Etrue insisted on the words of the patriarch of the church, the Apostle Paul, that if Christ had not risen from the dead, the believers would have been the person the most pitiful, keeping a hopeless hope.

But since the opposite is true, Christians must be bold and fearless. He also pointed out that Jesus Christ, after his resurrection and exaltation as Lord, also became the advocate of the believers.

He said that every client in a court case gets the trust of his lawyer. Similarly, "we Christians have a lawyer and his name is Jesus who never fails".

"I want you to understand that someone intercedes for you. His name is Jesus. He's not ready to give you up, so do not give up on him "

The apostle said that Christians must feel safe in this world, because as long as Jesus Christ remains the Lord of their lives, death is as beneficial as life.
