After months of turbulence at honestbee, her vice president of marketing, Christina Lim, has moved from the organization. Sending to Mumbrella, she said, "My next phase will include consulting work for companies, including start-ups, as well as other initiatives under development."

Referring to her LinkedIn status update, one of them would be creating a B2B startup as a partner.

Lim joined honestbee at the end of last July, having left Dentsu Singapore where she was managing director. At the time of joining, his mandate included "raising awareness and building brand loyalty".

However, growth at honestbee was hampered by lack of funds, resulting in a significant reduction in its operations. According to a YouGov survey, the brand has been hit hard by these developments.

Asked by Mumbrella about his experiences at honestbee – both positive and negative – Lim replied, "I've learned a lot there. It has been refreshing and rewarding as I am able to gain an in-depth understanding of the work being done in the start-up world and to understand the challenges these companies face.

"The pace is a priority and very different from the previous organization in which I worked. There were a lot of pbadionate, motivated and intelligent people who were ready to get dirty so that things went well.

"I believe that it is important to focus on learning and the positive aspects in all the companies that I have worked with, that 's why I' m not interested in learning. have nothing to add regarding the negative aspects. "

Lim had been working for the retailer NTUC Fairprice for ten years as brand and marketing director. She has also worked for Publicis and TBWA.
