Chuck Norris will host 5K where participants dress up like him

Chuck Norris will host a 5K this year in Texas and wants to set the world record for the most people in the same place.

The CFore Chuck Norris 5K will take place on May 4th at 9 am at College Station. Registration for the race includes a custom Chuck Norris t-shirt, a fake beard and a belt buckle.

Participants can also create their own custom Chuck Norris costume in order to set the world record.

A costume contest will follow the race and prizes will be awarded to the best Chuck Norris men's suit, the best Chuck Norris women's suit and the best Chuck Norris costume for children under 12 years old.

Chuck Norris will be there for the kickoff of the race. He will even wait for the arrival of the participants at the finish line. It is noted that "the organizers are not responsible for the injuries that could result by allowing Chuck Norris to give you a better lap in five."

Early registration has started and if you register before January 31, the rate is $ 30 for adults. Registration between February 1 and April 12 is $ 35, April 13 to April 26 is $ 40 and if you want to register on the morning of the race, the price will be $ 50.

The registration of children and students costs between 25 and 45 dollars, and the family rate (3-5 family members) is between 80 and 100 dollars.

After the race, participants will also be able to attend the evening featuring Chuck's favorites and local breweries. There will be makeup and bounce houses and the winner of the costume contest will be announced.
