The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the northern police command has resumed the investigation into an alleged rape case involving a police officer participating in a peacekeeping operation in Bunkpurugu in the northeastern region. is and a student.

On the way the images became viral, she said the suspect allegedly transmitted the images to her best friends and others in the community who later drew her family's attention to the incident.

The father of the victim also corroborated his allegations and demanded justice.
According to him, his daughter who was showing up at WASSCE (West African High School Certificate Examination this year) could not live in the community and focus on the exam because of the stigma.
