Students from the Ghana Law School approached Chief Judge Sophia Akuffo to request a review of the results of their examination.

A total of 206 law students are expected to complete the entire course after failing the final examinations of the Law Society of Ghana School of Law. Myjoyonline.com has learned that 177 other students have been referred in one or two newspapers. This represents 81% of failure for 2017.

Of the 474 students who pbaded the final exams 2017-2018, only 91 students, or 19%, are deemed to have pbaded and will be admitted to the bar.

The mbad failure of students comes at a time when Parliament is seeking to legalize entry exams and interview processes instituted as part of the admission procedures to the law school from Ghana.
